The house has 4 bedrooms a large sitting and dining area. The kitchen has every modern convenience with ample seating for even the largest party. There is a large garden with patio area for barbecue and sitting out. An awning can be deployed on hot days or for extra shade. The large swimming pool is covered, and surrounded by a fine wooden deck for the 2 sunloungers. Steps lead into the pool at the 1metre end, and it slopes gently to 1.9metre depth. Great for Water polo matches! Biscarrosse is close, with most choosing to the the walk up to the village for a coffee or to get their crossaints. Bicycles are available in the garage. Lidl supermarket is a 5 minute walk away, Leclerc supermarket 10minute walk, and McDonalds outlet is 10minute walk. Navarosse is on the North lake 3km away and hosts all types of boating, sailing, windsurfing, and Jet skiing activities. Some will just wish to relax on the gold sand, others may take in a sailing course at Ecole Francaises de Voile.

Notes on accommodation
The house is very comfortable with Air-conditioning both in living room, Electrical Heating in each room, smoke detectors included. House normally hosts children with 2 cots in bedroom 2 and 4 if needed. English French and German channels are available on the Satellite system.

Not built for wheelchair use. Large french doors make access to living area and bedroom 1 possible for wheelchair.

Biscarrosse Ville and Biscarrosse Plage are 2 beautiful towns offering supermarkets, shops and markets. Many restaurants exist to suit most pockets.
Booking notes
Bookings can be made direct with the owners for a minimum of one week during high season. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of your booking. The remainder 7 days before you arrive unless agreed otherwise. Breakage deposit of €100 payed on arrival at key handover is returned on departure and key return.

About the owner
As a family we have made many friends, and have really fallen in love with the Biscarrosse area. We relax by the pool and play water games, stroll up to the ville in the morning for croissants and messages. Aislinn sometimes just relaxes and gets absorbed in a good book while the rest of us cycle 3km to Navarosse to the lake for an afternoon swim. If the kids feel like it we drive 9km to Biscarrosse Plage for surfing and a crepe afterwards. Often we drive 4km to en-Hill to the international standard Go Kart track for a 'F1' experience. The stables for horse riding are just around the corner, which suits our cousins best.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Biscarrosse has everything for a enjoyable holiday. Great Lakes for boating and Beaches for world class surfing. The Fabulous French, Italian, and Oriental Restaurants are a great option from cooking in or Bar-B-Q at the house. The Forest, rivers and lakes are great for cycling and walking, and Biscarrosse ville is very pedestrian friendly with pedestrian and Cycle tracks everywhere. The local bus service takes you to the Lac and Plage if you prefer not to drive there.
Unique benefits of the property
The house has many benefits other properties will not have, being located in the calm quarter of Biscarrosse, while also being close to all the amenities : Shopping, restaurants, Pubs and Ville. The House is close to the Boulangerie so you take an early walk to collect croissants and Newspaper in the morning before breakfast.
