High on a hill, surrounded by the famous vineyards of south west France this detached property is set in two acres of private gardens and woodland. Isolated and peaceful but only 250 meters from the small picturesque village of Loubes Bernac, with village shop, post office and bar/restaurant.
The house and mill are let as one and have an internal connecting door. The house provides spacious accommodation on a single level built to tradition local design it incorporates features such as beams and vaulted ceilings. The many windows and french doors make the house light with views from every window. The windmill with huge stone walls, standing 15 meters high, spiral stone stairs and fabulous views, completes the living area of this wonderful property.

Accessibility
The main accomodation is suitable for wheelchairs with no steps etc. The Mill section is not suitable for due to the steps.

Swimming pool 8 meter x 5.5 meters with roman steps, large paved patio, sun beds and garden furniture surrounded by well established trees and shurbs. Outdoor table tennis situated in garden.
The property is set in 2 acres, surrounded by vineyards and fields. Approached by 100 meter private drive leading to large gravelled parking area, with shade. The garden around the property is laid to grass with trees and shrubs while remaining area consists of field stretching to a wooded escarpment.
Coast/Beach
The Atlantic coast is just one hour and half driving.

There are literally hundreds of chateaux and vineyards in the area which open their doors for wine tastings. Medoc, Graves, St Emilion and Sauternes are all within easy driving distance and the dreamy Chateau Monbazillac is pure romance with superb views and fabulous restaurant.
Canoeing, cayaking, tennis, horse riding, hot air ballooning, golf and fishing are all available locally.
