Chalet le Givre is situated in one of the most beautiful settings in Chamonix - in the middle of Plaine de Praz. The chalet which is south facing benefits from the sun in the garden the whole day. This 4 bedroom chalet has ample living space for the 8-9 people that it can accommodate. Built during 2009 the chalet is spread over 3 floors, providing spacious stylish accommodation. 3 double bedrooms on the top floor all offer spacious sleep accommodation whilst the 4th bedroom on the main floor provides sleeping for a further 2 people. A cot could be added to any of the bedrooms on the top floor. The main floor offers the main living space whilst on the basement level there is a sauna and gym, plus a family TV room with cinema system a great place for the children.

| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with sink, toilet and large shower cubicle. Family bathroom has his and hers sinks, bath, separate shower cubicle and toilet. Shower room on the living room level has large walk in shower, sink and toilet. |
| Kitchen: | The open plan kitchen is well planned and fitted with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. |
| Utility Room: | On the basement level has a washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | The main living space is of open plan design looking out onto the gardens through 2 large French windows, two leather sofas look onto the fireplace next to which is the dining table and chairs this is all over looked by the kitchen area. |
| Other: | Downstairs there are two further rooms the TV room which has french satellite channels plus UK free view is fully fitted with a home cinema system and DVD player. Next to which is the home gym and sauna which also has its own shower cubicle. |

Notes on accommodation
The chalet is a perfect location for a family holiday with loads of space for everyone to enjoy.
Outside
Directly outside the French windows that lead from the sitting room is a large decked area with furniture and BBQ during the summer months this leads immediately onto the lawned area of the garden. A wonderful place for children to play and adults to sunbath in the summer and a perfect place for building snowmen during the winter months.
Coast/Beach
No beaches close by but the south of France is just a four hour drive away so Chamonix is a prefect place to add to a two centre holiday. There are a couple of lakes close by where people swim during the summer months.
Golf
Chamonix golf course is approx a 3 minute drive away or a 10 minute walk.
Skiing
In the centre of Chamonix valley this location is ideal for accessing all of the ski areas within the valley from Les Houches right up to La Tour. No area is further away than 15 minutes by car. There is also a bus stop for the free bus service a short distance from the chalet.
Special interest holidays
Chamonix is a fantastic location for both summer and winter activity holidays with a vast array of skiing available during the winter months and loads of summer activities from white water rafting, hiking, mountain biking, parapenting, climbing, golf, tennis the list goes on alternatively if you prefer to relax during your summer months the weather is generally beautifully warm ideal sunbathing weather.
Travel
By car from Calais Chamonix can be reached in approx 8 hours, Geneva is the closest airport which is approx 1.15 hours drive, car rental is easy at Geneva airport alternatively there are many airport transfer companies operating from Geneva - we can help you arrange this.
Distances
Les Praz village is just a 10 minute walk away where there are a number of hotels, with bars and restaurants Chamonix town itself is only a 15 minute walk in the opposite direct which is accessed along a riverside promenade that is fully lit at night.

Chamonix is a lively town the whole year with some 10,000 permanent residents there are always places open. Restaurants vary from cheap and cheerful cafe type places to Michelin Starred restaurants we will be happy to give you any help and advice you might need and make reservations for you.
