Prices are for the property per week in GBP. Additional cost for separate double bedroom and shower suite in the main house, with private access: £150.- per week.
Changeover day
Changeover day Saturday, departures by 10 am, arrivals between 5 pm and 7 pm. Other days and short stays possible by arrangement. Please advise if arrival after 7 pm.

| Utility Room: | There is a washing machine for guests’ sole use in the pool house. |
| Living Rooms: | Open-plan living area with two sofas (one is a sofa-bed) and two easy chairs, a coffee table and a TV (with satellite and DVD). The dining table will accommodate 6. Ceiling fan. Door to terrace with additional table, chairs, and BBQ area. |

Bath towels and all linen/duvets are included. Please bring own towels for the beach/pool. End of stay cleaning charged at 35 Euros, addidional midweek cleaning can be arranged. |

Notes on accommodation
The cottage is in the grounds of the owners property, a retired Anglo French business woman, who lives discreetly next door. She is happy to assist with information and reservations for local activities if required. Family friendly, no smoking. Easy parking. Car necessary. Air-conditioning in both bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the main ground-floor room.

Open tread stairs to first floor. Child stair gate. Secure pool area.
Outside
Outside, there is a table, chairs and BBQ for alfresco dining and loungers and parasols for sun lovers beside the beautiful pool. Two mountain bikes, a lady's bike and a child's bike (8 to 12 years old) are available.
Coast/Beach
Lakes with sandy beaches, safe bathing for children and sailing on lake approx 30 mins drive. Fabulous Atlantic coast for fantastic surfing 40 mins drive.
Golf
40 mins drive to nearest golf course.
Travel
Nearest Airport Bordeaux 1 hour drive.
Distances
The house is on the edge of Cissac with a small supermarket, post office, doctor, dentist, pharmacy 5 minutes walk away. Fresh oysters are available on Sunday mornings and the Pizza van visits twice a week. There is a Saturday market in Pauillac, on the banks of the Gironde 10 mins drive away. Pauillac has several supermarkets, banks, restaurants etc plus an excellent information centre where tours of local vineyards can be booked.

Great for walking, cycling and enjoying the countryside. Interesting local towns and Chateaux to visit. Ample wine tasting possibilities from the leading producers in the world.
Booking notes
Non refundable deposit - 25% of total payable on booking. Balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Refundable security deposit of Euros 150. Bed linen, duvets, pillows and one set of towels are provided. Cleaning costs extra : 35 euros at end of rental - extra cleaning by arrangement.
