Less than 1km away is Criel Plage with an attractive beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Free beach library during the summer. Pleasant hikes through woodland near to the apartment.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
My first venture into the property market was 18 years ago I converted an old property in the area for some friends of mine ( I will post a photo of it on my web site as soon as poss). After that it was love at first site!
Unique benefits of the property
A 3 minute walk to local boulangerie for my daily breakfast croissant and pan au chocolat. A Sunday morning visit to the plage (800mtrs) and reading the local paper in one of the bars and watching the world go by. Visit my blog and ask the questions.
