Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
My first venture into the property market was 18 years ago I converted an old property in the area for some friends of mine ( I will post a photo of it on my web site as soon as poss). After that it was love at first site!
Unique benefits of the property
A 3 minute walk to local boulangerie for my daily breakfast croissant and pan au chocolat. A Sunday morning visit to the plage (800mtrs) and reading the local paper in one of the bars and watching the world go by. Visit my blog and ask the questions.
