Notes on accommodation
All the properties have the entrance opening onto a large
enclosed garden making it ideal for children to play while the grown ups can relax.
Toddler and baby equpment on request.e.g. stair gates, highchairs, cots, bedrails etc.
Accessibility
Fraise, Citron and Mure all have downstair bedrooms with ensuites. Citron has been designed specifically adapted for wheelchair use with ramped access, downstairs double bedroom and roll in shower.

12x6m floodlit heated swimming pooland adjacent toddlers pool. Indoor playbarn with ping pong, table football and basketball hoop. Makes perfect space for children to cycle.
All the cottages have there own terrasse with outdoor furniture, parasol and BBQ

Camors a 2 mile drive through the forest is our closest village. It has a fantastic boulangerie/grocery store and award winning boucherie, a bar tabac, pharmacy, doctors and a few restaurants.
Further details
Larger supermarkets and banks can be found in Baud and Pluvigner 3 and 5 miles. Camors adventure forest is just half a mile down the road. It promises to thrill with its treetop zip wires and suspension bridges. Children and adult courses.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Before buying les Bergeronnettes we travelled throughout France but returned to Southern Brittany.
It provides the best of both worlds. We are surrounded by lush, green, woodland and countryside yet only 19 miles from the beautiful beaches on the Southern coastline. It is a very tranquil property on the edge of a small hamlet up a private tree lined drive. However for us it was extremely important that it was also easily accessible from the motorway and local conveniences. We did not want to be in the middle of nowhere with a long wynding drive whenever we wanted to go anywhere. Thankfully our closest village Camors is just 2 miles away with all the conveniences and Baud the closest town is just 3 miles. Also it is just 3 miles to the closest motorway link. Ideal.
Unique benefits of the property
Having 3 young children we have kitted out the whole property with young children in mind. All the properties open onto a large fenced garden area so we can sit and relax while the children play just yards away. We love having direct access into the forest too. It is ideal for walking and cycling and our kids love having a family day cycling and picnicing by the ponds. The play barn is a big plus too. There is never any reason not to play outside. We all love being close to the coast and having access to great sailing in the Gulf of Morbihan. Of course for me I love having the space for my horses and rather fat pony. However the best thing is there is so much to do and see within easy reach of Les Bergeronnettes that we still haven't done it all.
