Spacious and airy accommodation throughout, the villa
is ideal for either dual, even triple family groups, or large groups of friends.
Outside
Large patio surrounding 10m private pool(*) and balcony with panoramic sea view; sun beds.
(*) The pool is equipped with a safety alarm in accordance with norms recently imposed by French law with a view to avoiding accidents and protecting in particular young children. Guests are responsible for the supervision and safety of all pool users during their stay. The owners will be held harmless and free from all liability in this regard.
Coast/Beach
The closest beaches (St.Aygulf/Fréjus) which can be seen from the balcony are a short drive away (5 mins); numerous other beach possibilities on coast road towards Sainte Maxime and St.Tropez.

Sainte Maxime (Blue Green) 20 km; Roquebrune sur Argens 7 km.
Skiing
Isola 2000 2-3 hours drive.
Travel
Nice International Airport 45 minutes - 70 km via A8 autoroute; St.Raphael-Valescure TGV station 15 minutes;
