Entry is at street level straight into the sitting room where there is also a dining area. In the basement there is a large double bedroom with en suite bathroom. On the floor above the sitting room are two further bedrooms, one a double and one a twin that can be made into a double. There is a shower room with separate toilet and a washing machine. On the fourth floor is a fully fitted kitchen and gorgeous outside terrace with very comfortable sitting and eating areas and a gas barbecue.

Notes on prices
There is also a damage deposit of Euro 500 cash returnable at the end of the stay provided there is no damage. Lettings are for one week during high season from Saturday to Saturday. A daily rate can be negotiated for periods outside high season with a minimum stay of three days. There is an additional obligatory cleaning/laundry charge of 130.00 per week payable locally.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday during July and August. Outside of these months we can be more flexible. Arrival time is 16.00 on the first day of the booking and departure time is 10.00 on the day of departure.

| Kitchen: | Cooker, hob, microwave oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher and sink with drainer. There is a Nespresso coffee machine and traditional coffee percolator and a Brita water filter. |
| Utility Room: | There is a washing machine in the boiler cupboard on the third floor. |
| Living Rooms: | There is a large lounge area with a large digital satellite television, DVD/Blue Ray player all with Bose sound system. There are two leather sofas around the television. There is also a beautiful glass dining table with 6 dining chairs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen and bathroom towels are included in the property but beach towels are not included. There is an additional charge of Euro 120 for cleaning and laundry per week. |

Notes on accommodation
The house is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
Accessibility
The property is over four floors with steps up from the street so is currently not suitable for people with difficulties with mobility.
Outside
There is a beautiful shaded terrace with dining table and chairs and a comfortable seating area and a gas barbecue There are also beautiful rooftop views.
Coast/Beach
There are numerous beautiful beaches in the area. The closest are 10 minutes drive away at Port Grimaud and Les Marines de Cogolin. There famous Pampelonne Beach is only 20 minutes drive away. There are fabulous coastal walks all down the coast from Saint Tropez.
Travel
Nice Airport is 1 hour and 15 minutes drive approximately 75 km. Toulon-Hyθres airport is 55 minutes away. If arriving by plane car hire is essential.
Distances
Saint Tropez is 10kms away.
Aix-en-Provence is 1 1/2 hours by car.
Ste Maxime is 10 minutes away.
The Gorge de Verdun in one hour north of Grimaud.
Further details
Grimaud has a varied selection of excellent restaurants of different standards and prices. There is a local grocery shop, a bakery and a butchers all providing wonderful produce. The closest big supermarkets are 10 minutes drive away. Grimaud also has a tabac/presse shop which sells international newspapers.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. Full payment should be made 6 weeks prior to arrival.
