A beautiful stream-fed millpond - cool and deep - flows past the house. There is a stunning 12x6m swimming pool with pergola and there are sun drenched and shady terraces.

Notes on prices
Mid Season prices (June, 1st two weeks July, September and 1st two weeks October) on price chart are based on two people only. Additional people £90 per week, per person up to a maximum of 7 people. High Season prices are per week up to a maximum of 7 people. Two week booking normally required during High Season.
Changeover day
Saturday is changeover day. Arrival by 5.30 pm.

| Other: | Salon rose with twin beds is hung with a pink cotton damask and leads out onto the lime tree terrace beside the millpond. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen, towels and swimming towels are included. The property is cleaned before and after each tenancy and once a week during the tenancy. Linen is changed once a week. |

Notes on accommodation
Logs, if necessary, provided spring and autumn. Not suitable for children who cannot swim as there is water all round the property.
Accessibility
This property is not suitable for those with mobility problems as it is on a slope and the ground can be uneven.
Outside
Private swimming pool 12m.x6m. Loungers and parasols provided. Shaded area under the pergola. Two terraces, one under the lime tree beside the millpond with a barbecue and a second, sun-drenched, looking out over the meadow. Each has a millstone for meals. Parasols, dining chairs, loungers are provided for these.

Rodez Airport (Ryanair) 50 minutes away by car
Toulouse Airport (BA/Easyjet) 90 minutes away by car
About 600 miles from the Channel ports. Use of a car is essential as the house is in the countryside.
Distances
Half a km from the village of La Rouquette. 8km from Villefranche de Rouergue (Royal bastide town founded 1252). 40 mins. drive to the hill top bastide of Najac. Day trips to Conques, Albi, Cordes, the Gorges de l'Aveyron, Toulouse.
Further details
Some shops in nearby villages but Villefranche de Rouergue offers 3 supermarkets, specialist food shops, a spectacular weekly market, restaurants. We offer free membership of the local tennis club and there is canoeing/white water rafting at Villefranche and Najac. There is riding too in the vicinity.
Booking notes
Upon application a booking form will be sent plus a copy of the Terms and Conditions. A 20% deposit is due at the time of booking and the Balance plus £350 refundable security deposit, against loss/damage/telephone calls is due 12 weeks before departure.
