Country view cottage is a converted farm house built in 1690. The cottage was originally a milking parlour and has been very tastefully restored and renovated to a very high standard with all home comforts that one requires on a holiday. Enjoy relaxing in the lounge which is on the first floor and enjoy the views of the fantastic Norman countryside.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1. This is a double bedroom containing a wardrobe and drawers plus bedside table. It is decorated in a real country style. Bedroom 2. which has a large electric double bed for your every comfort. It also has a single bed and cot. |
| Bathrooms: | A large family bathroom which has a large walk in shower and spa bath, again decorated to a high standard. |
| Kitchen: | Fully equipped kitchen, containing, large fridge, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffeemaker, washer and of course large dining room table to enjoy family meals. |
| Utility Room: | There is a utility room that is available to guests on request. |
| Living Rooms: | Wow. Walk up the stairs and enjoy the beautiful views that the lounge has to offer. The room is decorated in sumptuous reds and has a lovely cozy feel to it, in fact it is ideal for both winter and summer vacations. All the rooms are centrally heated. |

Notes on accommodation
We are a pet friendly family and accept well behaved visiting pets. (Maximum of two dogs per holiday.) The house is suitable for children as the gardens are completely enclosed, however the cottage due to the lounge being on the first floor is unsuitable for people with mobility problems. The cottage is situated next door to the owners cottage so this is ideal for guests who would like evening meals or welcome dinners.
Outside
The cottage is set in gardens of approximately two acres, which is really ideal for children to play in.
Coast/Beach
The cottage is ideally located. It is only 45 mins from the beautiful cosmopolitan town of Granville, with its lovely beaches and tres chic boutiques. There are also quiet beaches to explore.
Golf
There is a fantastic golf course 15 minutes from the property, with picnic area and 4 acre fishing and boating lake.
Travel
The cottage is 1 hour 20 mins from Dinard Airport.
It is 45 mins from The port of Caen and 1 hour 15 mins from Cherbourg.
Distances
The town of Vire is only 15 minutes away. Vire has lots of shops, museums, bowling, cafes and bars for your enjoyment.
