Perfect for short breaks from 3 days with an easy drive from Calais or Boulogne-sur-Mer. No information without speaking to you personally. Le Touquet. 25 minutes drive. 2 golf courses.
Belledune 50 minutes, Nampont 35 minutes, St Omer 50 minutes, Wimereux 25 minutes. "Opale passport" is good value for golfers, ask me for details, good rates.

Special interest holidays
Lots for children and adults. Bagatelle amusement park 30 minute drive. St Gabriel Plage climbing area marked off different ages. Sand sailing in Hardelot, St Cecile, Boulogne and Berck. Instruction given. Equestrian centre in Hardelot. Swimming pools, Boulogne and Le Touquet. Sight seeing of history of both wars, I have lots of information on all the above.

Travel
Car essential. 45 minutes from Calais and 20 minutes from Boulogne-sur Mer. 60 from Dunkirk. Beauvais airport 1 3/4 hrs drive. Le Touquet 25 minutes. The shuttle saves 2 hours travel in each direction.

Neufchatel-Hardelot. 5 1/2 km. Supermarket, Chemist, 2 Banks.
Hardelot-Plage. 14 km. Sand sailing, beach, golf, tennis, Riding, equestrian centre, walking, sight seeing.
Montreuil-sur Mer. 20 minutes, Historical interest and Son et Lumiere in July/August.
Buissant Chocolate factory 15 minutes.
Numerous Historical interest places both world wars. V2 rocket launching site. Albert, trenches museums. Audreselles bunker overlooking UK.

About the owner
I have lived in France since 1999. Ten years before I had a maison secondaire near Calais, in 1998 started having dreams of moving. I had been in my London home for 21 years. In my dream there was a lot of painting, a long narrow room, a balcony from my bedroom and space for my daughter to be with me. When I decided to leave London my dream went and I only remembered it when I found my home here, long narrow room both bathroom and office. Balcony off my bedroom. Lots of painting. This is a lovely area of France, calm and peaceful, and so much for visitors to do and see. I look after a total of 9 properties from 2-6 bedrooms. Halinghen is my place, Le Touquet, Ray Andes. Wimereux David Groves. Hardelot John Giffard. I look after these for the owners. Short breaks always available.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Perfect for holiday rentals and short breaks, easy to find and close to Calais and Boulogne. Beautiful countryside, am looking out over rolling landscape as I sit at my computer. I now look after several properties for friends. I only have one place myself. Halinghen. Travel to and from the UK is easy, as little as 3 1/2 hours door to door to London. For golfers numerous golf courses, 7 within 15 - 50 minute drive.

Unique benefits of the property
Life in general. Meeting interesting people, which I do a lot as I look after several holiday properties for friends. Short breaks are always available and as I live "on site" late arrival is no problem.
