This traditional farmhouse is in a truly beautiful setting with panoramic views, surrounded by tall sheltering trees. It is fully and comfortably furnished. The nearest town is Avranches where there are excellent shops, restaurants, beautiful gardens and churches. Le Mont St. Michel is 30 minutes drive away and beaches 15 minutes.

| Bathrooms: | 1 pretty bathroom on the ground floor with full size bath, washbasin, toilet, powerful shower, tiled walls and floor. Heater and washing machine. 1 separate toilet on the ground floor. |
| Kitchen: | Kitchen, fully equipped with gas stove, fridge, cupboards, double sink, microwave and all cooking utensils. It overlooks the back garden. |
| Living Rooms: | Dining room with large oval table, seating for 9 people, sideboard and high chair. Sitting room with large open fireplace, comfortable seating for 7 people and stools for children, full size comfortable sofa bed. |
| Other: | Breakfast room with round table, 5 chairs, dresser, sideboard and fridge. It is tiled as is the kitchen for easy care, whereas the dining room has a wooden floor and the living room is carpeted. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
We do not supply linen, only pillows and duvets. If travelling by plane, linen can be available at an extra cost. |
Notes on accommodation
The whole house is furnished in a homely style as befitting an old farmhouse.
Children are very welcome.
The house is south facing and there are panoramic views over the See Valley (the dining room, sitting room and breakfast room all overlook the valley).
We have satellite and Sky TV which enables us to receive English TV.
Plenty of space for car parking.
Baby gate at the top of the stairs.
Freezer in the garage.
Sorry, no pets allowed.
Outside
A natural country garden. We have an extensive safe area with swings for the children, 2 meadows and woods at the side and rear of the house for them to explore. There are 2 barbecues, 1 built and 1 portable. Plenty of garden furniture. The old goat shed contains toys for youngsters. We do not have a pool, but there is a very modern swimming pool in Avranches.

Beaches are 15 minutes drive.
Travel
Nearest ports are St. Malo, Caen and Cherbourg.
Nearest airport - Rennes.
Smaller airports at Dinand and Caen.
Planes fly from Stansted (St Malo 1.25 hours. Caen
1.25 hours. Cherbourg 1.5 hours).
Distances
The nearest shop and bar is 1/2km away. There are
3 supermarkets in Avranches, and Ponts, between 5/10 minutes away.
