Our properties are suitable for everyone from couples to multiple families, the farmhouse and the gite can be opened up into one big property upon request which would accommodate up to 12 people. We like everyone to have fun and unwind. We are open all year round. Enquire about our Christmas package and long lets. Towel hire,evening meal and beauty treatments are available upon request. Cot also available and access to washing machine. Also availablefrom september-may; pamper weekends for all occasions, please ask for more details. English owners live onsite.

Large spacious gardens with above ground shared swimming pool. (Not heated). All properties have their own barbecues and own tables and chairs. We have lots of outdoor games and bikes for all the family. Also fishing and beauty treatments available.

20 minutes away from unspoilt beautiful beaches. These include Erquy, Pleneuf Val-Andre, Sable d 'Or and many more.

Dinard Airport - 45 minutes. St Malo Ferryport - 45 minutes to 1 hour, Caen - 3 hours 30 mins, Le Harve, Cherbourg and Dieppe - 4 hrs, Calais and Bologne - 4 hrs 30mins. A car is recommended for getting around.

Distances
5 minutes to local villagewhich has its own boulangerie,bar and horseriding centre. 10 minutes to large market town of Lamballe. 30 minutes to medieval town Dinan, 45 minutes Dinard and 45 minutes to 1 hour St Malo.

Further details
The large market town of Lamballe consists of local history, the famous Haras National stud farm,where there is a guided tour or a horse and carriage trip around the town, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and many more.Thursday is the market day selling lots of local produce,in the evening in the market square there is live music, plenty of food and beer tents-a good night out.
there are also zoos, karting, boat trips, aquariums, paintballing and much more.

Robin and Dawn moved here 6 years ago with their 2 children. back in England Robin owned his own pub/restaurant and Dawn was a waitress and a beauty therapist. We chose these properties as it was the ideal business and it is now very successful. Dawn also provides beauty treatments here and pamper days-what a perfect way to start your holiday.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We chose this area as it wasn't too busy in the peak season. The area is secluded but not remote. We are just outside the village, surrounded by countryside and beauty, and 5-10 mins in the car you are at the main town. its the best of both worlds.
