In a fantastic location, 5 mins to Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysées, and local food markets with mouthwatering food stalls. 10 mins walk to Eiffel Tower, Bateaux Mouches, Seine river, museums, Trocadero, gorgeous shops on Avenue Victor Hugo and restaurants. Airport shuttle bus nearby, metro, bus and trains. Nice chic neighbourhood. The building has a Gardienne, very secure, it is well maintained and looked after, all 3 elevators have just been newly renovated 2 months ago.The 16th arrondissement is one of the nicest neighbourhoods in Paris.

Accessibility
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there are 3 elevators. The whole building has carpets so there is very little noise and very quiet. There is a garage for those who want to travel by car. It is underground/covered and secure.
Outside
There is a secure and underground garage (extra 20 euros ) for the whole stay.
Golf
There is a golf course in the outskirts of Paris easily accessible.Swimming pools closeby. And an amazing park. The bois de Boulogne.
Travel
20km to CDG Air France shuttle bus stops 3 streets away.
RER train to airport is close by.
Gare du Nord is a a couple of metro stops away.
Bus number 52 takes you directly to Galleries Lafayette and Printemps.
Metros Victor Hugo/ Etoile/Boissiere/Kleber.
Distances
5 minutes walk to famous Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, museums and shops and restaurants.
Further details
Wonderful open air food markets are on Avenue President Wilson 5 minute by foot. Wednesday and Saturday morning till 2pm.
Friday morning the Marche Saint Didier also 5 minutes from the apartment.
Booking notes
Check in between 11 and 12am (flexible). Check out by 10am depending if other guests are arriving. 35 euros departure cleaning fee to paid on arrival. A small security deposit is required. The rest payment upon arrival. Please note that all bank charges for transfers are for your account.

About the owner
Hi I am a South African spending my time between Paris and Johannesburg. The apartment was originally meant for my parents but they unfortunately are too old to travel and so I decided to make it available for holiday makers and business people to rent. I renovated and decorated it 2 years ago with all the possible little luxuries and extras that make a stay memorable.
Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We love the location of this apartment, just off the Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe, and close to the Eiffel tower. It doesnt get better than this! The Air France shuttle bus on Avenue Carnot, at the top of the Champs Elysees is a short walk to the apartment making it extremely easy and fast to get to and from Charles de Gaulle Airport. Metros, buses and trains are conveniently located nearby.
