The local village of Le Teilleul provides supermarket, bakeries, butchers and a variety of cafes and two local restaurants. Within the surrounding area facilities include golf, fishing (1km from gites) cycling, walking, rock climbing, tennis courts in the village, open-air pool at Mortain (15 mins drive), indoor pools at Gorron and St Helaire (20 mins drive) water sport park, and enchanted village for children (30 mins drive). Nearest beaches 1hr away.

The Jays is a 4 bedroom cottage. The large open plan lounge has beautiful views front and back of the gardens and orchard. The lounge has a large french fireplace with a wood burning stove (all logs provided) TV with free view channels and large farmhouse style table and chairs. Ceramic floor tiles throughout. There is a large farmhouse style fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, washer and all kitchen utensils. also within the kitchen is a pine dining table for extra seating. There is also a downstairs wc with handbasin. Upstairs are 4 large bedrooms. Main bedroom with double bed and view of orchards from the dormer window, room for cot or additional single bed. 2nd bedroom with double bed and single, wardrobe and dressing table. 3rd bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and velux window with rear aspect of the gardens. 4th bedroom with two single beds and dressing table with dormer window to the front. Bathroom with bath with overhead shower, basin and wc. |

Large separate farmhouse style fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washer, microwave and all kitchen utensils, together with large family dining table to seat 7 + highchair. Rear door to garden area. Original feature bread oven within kitchen display only. Ceramic tiled floors throughout. also on the ground floor is the 3rd single bedroom which would suit an elderly or infirm person as there is also a downstairs bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin. Upstairs are 2 large double aspect rooms both family style. Main bedroom has a king-size bed, single bed and cot with wardrobe and dressing table. also in this room is an en-suite shower room, wc and basin. 2nd bedroom has a double bed and single with wardrobe and dressing table. All bedrooms and stairs are carpeted. |

Notes on accommodation
All cottages have facilities for a cot and highchair. Wood is provided for all the wood burning stove in each gite. there is also electric heating in each cottage together with ample hot water cylinders.
Accessibility
The Robins is especially suited to the elderly or infirm as it has a downstairs single bedroom and bathroom.
Outside
Outside there are 2 acres of large private garden which provide safe playing areas for children and quiet areas for relaxation. Ample lawns and shade provided by mature shrubs and trees. Each cottage have their own barbecue and garden furniture. Ample parking for two cars per cottage at rear. The gardens are arranged so as each cottage has its own private space. Coast/Beach
The lovely sandy beaches of Jullioville and Carroles are 1hr away. The Bay of Mt St Michael 1hr by car.

The local airport at Dinard is 1hrs away. Ferry port of Caen 2hrs away.
