Guest comments
Can't wait to get back it really was a Reve-en-Languedoc. We couldn't get the children out of the pool.
Thanks again.
Fenton-Browns.
Already booked again. This has got to be the best value for money villa we've stayed in.
Andrew and Lindsay Mellors and family.
The villa was wonderful. Much more than we imagined. Exactly what we wanted, kids loved the pool and we felt so relaxed with the privacy. The firework display at the castle was amazing. We will definitely be recommending the villa to friends. Thanks for letting us enjoy carcassonne again.

Owner profile
About the owner
Dave & Joyce Hoyle are semi-retired and live in Rainford near St Helens in the north of England. We bought this property to use as a holiday home for ourselves, our children and grandchildren and to rent to other lovers of France.
Year purchased: 2008
Why the owner chose a home in this location
The house was chosen not just for its location and view of the Pyrenees but also for the ease of access via Carcassonne airport - only 15 mins.
Since buying the house a new 11.5m x 4m pool has been installed and the house has been extended to include four bedrooms, two of which have ensuite facilities. Ideal for two families of four.
The house is ideal for those with limited mobility as three of the bedrooms are situated on the ground floor with an en-suite walk in shower.
Unique benefits of the property
The Cabardes area is an up and coming wine growing region and borders the Canal du Midi. Walking or cycling through the local vineyards or along the canal is always a pleasure, or for the more energetic a game of badminton or volleyball on a games pitch in the garden.
The garden includes figs, pomegranates and almonds which guests are free to pick when in season.
