Accessibility
There is wheelchair access is to the lounge. Persons would sleep in lounge as the bedrooms do not have wide enough doors.

There is a balcony with dining table and seating for six, and overlooks the gardens.
Coast/Beach
The pebble beach is approx 15 minutes to walk. Sandy beaches in Antibes approx 25 minute or take the local bus for 1 euro.
Golf
There are 13 golf courses within an hours drive.
Travel
From Nice Airport it is approx 20 minute drive. Car not necessary as the local transport is nearby. The supermarket is also nearby.
Distances
It is 20 minutes walk to downtown Antibes where trains can take you along the coast to Monte Carlo, Monaco for the Grand Prix. Visit Cannes and the famous 'Croisette' and Film Festival. Italy has a Friday market for cheap leather and spirits. Nearby Biot is a medieval village perched on a hill. Juan Les Pins is the place for Jazz and holds an annual Jazz Festival. Nice old town has a flower market and the quaint winding street boasts many unusual shops. There are many more sights to see.
Further details
Antibes is a lovely old town boasting the largest Marina on the Cote D'Azur. There is plenty to do with water sports, Museums, Fort Carre, Beaches, Sunday Provencal Market and Thursday Market. The little White train is a good way to see the sights and easy on the legs. There are many excellent restaurants. Nearby in Biot is a large funfair, Antibesland, Aquasplash waterpark, Marineland with dolphins and killer whales, Crazy golf and a children's farm. Something for all the family.

25% deposit with booking, the balance to be paid 8 weeks before. A returnable security deposit of 150 euros is required with the payment and returned 2 weeks after departure. Cots and high chairs available on request.

France well what can we say? The culture attracts many, many people. The medieval villages, the Grand Canyon Verdon, Italy markets, The beaches, eating alfresco, Cannes and the Film Festival, Monaco and the Castle, Monte Carlo and the Grand Prix, the easy access to local transport (1 euro to anywhere on a bus). An apartment offers air-con, space and a less populated swimming pool. Something for everyone.
