Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Price includes bed linen, towels and tourist tax (this is approx £15 per person per week normally). 10% discount on 2nd week if 2 consecutive weeks are booked. £150 security/damage deposit required. Discounted ski passes 10% and 30% off equipment hire available. Free wifi and Nintendo Wii in our nearby bar/brasserie. We can also provide meals with your stay winter or summer in our bar/brasserie.

Changeover day
Arrival is after 4.30 pm on Saturday and check out is before 10 am on Saturday. During off peak weeks alternative days may be available.

Sleeps 6/7. 35sq.m ground floor apartment with sun terrace containing table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchenette with a full supply of cooking and eating utensils, hob, fridge, microwave, electric toaster, electric kettle, dinning area, recently modernised bathroom, separate toilet and private terrace with garden furniture and views onto the glaciers opposite. A double sofa bed in the lounge, a bedroom with a double sofa bed, a set of bunk beds in the entrance hallway with an additional pull out bed underneath and a door to close it off from the lounge. There is an allocated external parking space - free, and a secure ski locker in the basement.

Dividing door into living area which has a double sofa bed, TV, stereo, kitchenette/dining area with fridge, mini oven and electric hob. TV, stereo.

Sleeps 8. Ground floor 3 star apartment, approx 75sq.m Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and access to a decked balcony via opening French doors. Bedroom 2 has 2 sets of single bunk beds sleeping 4. The apartment is spacious having a bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer. The toilet is separate. The sitting/dining room is spacious and has 3 leather sofas, 1 of which converts to a double sofa bed. The dining area seats 8 people. Kitchen is separate off the side of the dining area with fridge/freezer, 4 hob oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. Large decked terrace at the front of the apartment with secure fence which is safe for children to play on with no way out. Ski locker in the basement.

 

Notes on accommodation
All apartments have bedlinen, towels and local taxes included in the rental prices displayed. They are all suitable for children and we stay in them frequently with our children.

Accessibility
Due to the amount of stairs this property is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Outside
Brulaz and Moranches apartments have outside terraces for sun bathing and Combettes has a balcony. In the summer months there is a heated lake for swimming and pedalo boats approx 10 mins walk away.

Skiing
The ski lifts are only a few minutes walk from the apartments and there is free parking. In summer the apartments can be used by walkers and rock climbers using the local area and Chamonix is only a 30 minute drive away.

Special interest holidays
Ideal area for winter skiing. In summer trekking, alpine mountaineering, rock climbing, white water rafting, mountain biking and relaxing are popular.

Travel
The nearest airport is Geneva which is approx a 75 minute drive. We have contacts for airport transfers and discounted car hire if needed.

Further details
Due to the number of guests that we have we can purchase ski passes at a discount and receive a 30% reduction on equipment hire even if you do not book our apartments.

Booking notes
A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking by bank transfer or cheque and the balance is paid 2 months before your holiday starts. A £150 security deposit is required per apartment and this is returned if the apartments are left clean ready for the next guest and there has been no damage. Cleaners can be booked for a surcharge.
