Our luxurious sea facing villa was completely refurbished and extended in 2009, designed and furnished professionally to a very exacting standard. The villa has been created with extensive entertainment and comfort features:large heated pool, substantial lawned gardens, with air conditioned throughout. The design of the villa has been created to take advantage of the 180 degree sea views from most rooms with large expanses of terraces benefiting from Bose sound systems and high quality furnishings with high end HI:FI and visual entertainment. Our son even kitted out a very special area with multimedia gaming and 42" plasmas with x box 360 and wii consoles! The villa benefits from 340sqm mostly under cover. We have designed the villa for 12 to 14 people in comfort but are limiting the rental occupancy for a maximum of 10. The large heated pool next to the designed outdoor kitchen is large and well equipped. We even have an extensive 700 bottle purpose built wine cellar, pay as you go!

Changeover is best on Sat but some fleibility depending on bookings.

Sky TV is available in 3 rooms and the the two lounge design means you can split entertaining as well as a completely separate gaming area for kids of any age !!
Outside
Extensive terraces run the length of the property on two levels with dining and soft furnishings. The Pool is large and heated, again with panoramic sea views, the whole property benefits from professional designed lighting system creating an unbelievable night time ambiance with Bose sound throughout.
The property has extensive well laid gardens with quality pool toys for Adults and Children alike. Large Gas barbeque is provided. We have left nothing to chance with a huge range of candles table ware glasses and crockery. Many extra touches are included too numerous to mention.

Booking notes
30% Deposit payable on booking with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival. A security deposit is required just prior to arrival and refunded at the end of your stay.

About the owner
Barry and Jane live in the Berkshire country side with our 3 children our Pony and other animals by the River Thames - we searched Europe for a number of years looking for our perfect place in the sun. Our criteria were strict. Perfect for the family, with natural unspoiled beauty, elegance and great food close by. Plus at the same time plenty of sea and fun action to keep us all happy! In the end we found our perfect piece of paradise and set about a year long renovation.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
We wanted great sea views with a large pool and plenty of space for our family and friends to join us for holidays….We wanted to create a 5 star hotel feel for 12 to 15 people at our place in the sun and spent many long hours with our architect and designers to create a special place with a design that allows us all to be together but keep some privacy when needed. Way over budget when finished but everyone loves what we have created. As we can only visit a few times of the year we wanted to share what we have created.
