Located 8kms from Beziers and 50kms from Montpellier. The Apartment faces directly onto the Beach, with an unobstructed view of the Beach from East to West. Located in the Centre of Valras Plage with all facilities close by. The Apartment has a Large Balcony over looking the Beach. The Apartment has been recently renovated and is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. The kitchen is fully equipped. In Front of the Appartment on the Beach there are Fresh Water Showers making it very esay to grab a shower on your way back from the Beach. Close by there are local Markets Banks, Post Offices and a Hypermarket. There are lots of Terraces with Tables and Chairs outside that belong to restaurants where you can eat outside in the lovely Mediterrrean Sea Air. On the 14th of July and 15th of August Valras Plage puts on a Spectacular Firework Display from the Pier, directly in Front of the Apartment, where you have an amazing view of the memorable event.

Balcony over looking the beach has a table and 5 chairs. There is also a sunshade to shield you from the midday sun when eating on the balcony.

The distance to beach is about 30 metres i.e 1 minute away - just the time to go down the stairs. Fresh water showers located down on the beach in front of the Appartment.

Further details
The apartment is located by some good seafood restaurants and cafes. There is a market on everyday selling fresh Locally caught fish as well as fruit and vegetables. Valras Plage is great for water sports such as snorkeling, sailing, fishing, jet skiing, boat hire - with and without licence. There is a long promenade that runs just by the flat to the pier/marina and for some distance along the beach. The restaurants are cheap and very competitive amongst each other to the benefit of people eating out in Valras.
Booking notes
Renting is only from Saturday to Saturday during July and August but outside this period we are flexible regarding arrival and departure dates. Reduction will be given for long term booking.
