The properties have been recently modified and renovated to a high standard. The properties can be enjoyed by families, young and old alike. We are an English couple that live on site in an adjacent property, we can be on hand to offer help and guidance as required. Smoking is not allowed inside of the gites.

Prices are for the property(s) per week in euros.
There will be an additional heating charge between September to April.
Changeover day
Changeover dates for week lettings will be Saturday's arrivals after 16.00 and departures by 10.30am. However midweek breaks and long weekends can be accommodated out of peak season.
Notes on accommodation
The gites are all child friendly. Upon request a high chair and stairgate are available. There will be an additional cost for central heating between Sept and May. Smoking is not allowed inside the gites.
Outside
The well planted gardens are child friendly and can be fully secure. There is a large lawn between the properties with a football net located at one end. There is access to the store room with washing machine, garden games and a selection of board games. At the rear of the property is a large 100 ft long lawn with mature trees and a seating area with patio lights and arbour. This area also contains the trampoline and swings.
Beyond the property, on the lane there is a small stream with bench seat.
Coast/Beach
There are several beaches within easy reach of the gites namely Le Touquet, St Cecile, Stella Plague, Merlimont and Berck all with good sandy beaches many with coast guards at peak season.
The fishing port of Etaples has a wonderful fish market and fish restaurants.
Boulogne has something for everyone. You can watch the small boats in the port or visit the sealife centre situated on the quay. The old town is worth the walk and there is a fun pool and iceskating on the edge of the town.
Golf
Within a 45 minute drive are an abundance of golf courses. To the south Belle Dune, Nampont St Martin, To the west Le Touquet and Hardelot and to the North the famous St Omer Course at Lumbres.
Travel
The gites are approximately 50 minutes drive away from the Eurotunnel terminal at Calais and 55 minutes from the ferry port at Calais and 35 minutes from Boulogne.
There is an airport at Le Touquet with Car hire facilities.

Iceskating and swimming in Boulogne
Montreuil is a beautiful fortified town with many places to enjoy a leisurely drink on outside terraces or take a meal at a wide range of restaurants. You can walk round the ramparts and tour the Citedel. Under the walls there are also signposted walks.
St Omer is a very lively cosmopolitan town with a beautiful park and a childrens playground plus a few animals. Market day is Saturday and Sunday afternoons is the time when the local people promenade round the main square greeting friends. There are a wide variety of shops, eateries, a cathedral and museum. On the outskirts you can find the famous canals with boat rides, guided tours or rent your own boat.
Booking notes
A £100 Cleaning and Breakages Deposit will be taken at the time of booking (which is refundable if the property is left as found at the end of your stay). The rental payment is payable in euros eight weeks prior to arrival.
