Changeover day
Reception of keys is between 12pm and 9pm. You must leave the apartment by 12am. If you check-in after 9pm, there will be a 25 euros charge.

Travel
From Roissy Charles de Gaulle - Take the RER B in the direction of Paris and alight at Gare du Nord. At Gare du Nord, take line 5, direction Place d'Italie to Oberkampf.
From Orly airport - Take the Orlyval to Anthony and then the RER B to Gare du Nord. At the Gare du Nord, take line 5, direction Place d'Italie to Oberkampf.
From Beauvais airport - Take the bus and alight at Porte Maillot (about 1hour). Take the metro line 1 in the direction of Chateau de Vincennes and stop at st Ambro.
Further details
The rue Oberkampf used to be only a shopping street but it became a trendy area in the 1990s. You will find many bars and restaurant all around the area in streets such as rue Saint Maur, rue de Ménilmontant or Jean-Pierre Timbaud.
Where to buy food? On the corner with your street and rue Oberkampf, there are a bakery and a wine merchant, within 30 meters up the street, you'll also find a great butcher, fishmonger, cheese shop, vegetable, Italian deli, a supermarket etc...
Every Tuesday and Friday morning the Market of Rue Popincourt on the Boulevard Richard Lenoir from rue Oberkampf to rue Jean Pierre Timbaud

Booking notes
To be able to reserve, you will have to pay a deposit of 250 euros. When the deposit has arrived, you will receive confirmation by e-mail. On the arrival, we will ask you for the total amount of the rent preferably in cash, as well as 25 euros for cleaning service.
The deposit will be given back on the day of departure. In the case of cancellation, the deposit will only be reimbursed if we are informed at least one month prior to arrival.
