The villa is not suitable for children and we ask everyone in your party to be over 15 years of age.

Landscaped garden, barbecue, large, covered dining area and spacious terraces. The pool is 16 x 4 meters, alarmed with the possibility to heat during off season rentals.

The villa is situated close to a number of golf courses on the Riviera.
Skiing
Approximately 1 1/2 hours away from the closest ski resort in the Southern Alps.

The nearest airport is Nice, which is 20 minutes away from the villa. The closest beaches are at an equal distance. The village of Vence is 5 minutes away by car. We highly recommend that you have a car.

All amenities are to be found in Vence. Should you like to visit the renowned Monte Carlo, you are only 40 minutes away. The famous beaches of St. Tropez are an hour away.
