Le Pelican is ideally situated for you to explore the surrounding towns, with Brecey and St Hilaire just 10-15 minutes drive away. Here you will be able to find a stunning lake, local shops and weekly markets selling fresh local produce. A 20 minutes drive will take you to the larger town of Avranches where there is an extensive selection of shops, bars and restaurants, and with Le Mont St Michel and the beautiful beaches just 30-45 minutes from Le Pelican, this could be an ideal base to return to after your day trips around Normandy!

Changeover day
Saturday changeover in the high season, but more flexibility is available at all other times. Arrival should be after 4pm and the property should be vacated by 10am. However, please enquire and we will do our best to accommodate you.

| Living Rooms: | A very spacious living room with exposed beams and a beautiful fire place with wood burning stove, perfect for the cooler nights. There is comfortable seating for 9, an i-pod dock, TV with English channels, DVD and video player. |
| Other: | The dining table is situated at the rear of the lounge and can seat up to 8 people. There is a child gate fitted at the top of the stairs. Off the lounge is a small conservatory, an ideal room to enjoy the views over the corn fields beyond the garden. |

All bedlinen is supplied. For two week stays, mid-holiday cleaning and bed changes are available on request. Towels are also available on request at a cost of £4.00 per set (this includes 1 bath and 1 hand towel). |

There is a large, private south facing garden at Le Pelican which is perfect for enjoying the sun on the large decked area, well equipped with a table and chairs to seat 8, sun loungers and a barbecue allows you to make the most of the weather and enjoy some alfresco dining!
Coast/Beach
30-40 minutes drive to the beaches.
Travel
Car essential. Nearest Airport: Dinard - 55 miles. Nearest Port: Caen - 75 miles. A Discount code is available for Brittany Ferries which will entitle you to up to 10% off your crossing.
Distances
Just a 5 minute walk into the village of Reffuveille. Le Moulin de Jean is a 15 minute drive away near Cuves, and this is an excellent gourmet restaurant, which is beautifully situated, good value for money and excellent service.
St Hilaire, Brecey and Mortain are all just 10-15 minutes drive away, and all have either indoor or open air swimming pools. A 20 minute drive will take you to the larger town of Avranches, and Le Mont St Michel and the beautiful beaches are just 30-45 minutes away.

Booking notes
30% of the total cost of your holiday is to be paid at the time of booking, and this will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. The remaining balance is to be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date, plus a security deposit of £250. The security deposit of £250 will be returned to you after your holiday.
