"La Grange" is a lovely restored country cottage with mature private gardens set in the midst of beautiful French countryside on outskirts of village. Salt water swimming pool with sunny patio. Situated in the Bouriane, a pretty area of trees, hills and rolling farmland lying midway between the valleys of the Lot and Dordogne. Weekly markets, shops and restaurants can be found in nearby market towns. Country setting but convenient for A20 autoroute and RN20 (D820) giving easy access to the surrounding area including the medieval town of Gourdon and historic Cahors set within a loop on the river Lot. Domme, Sarlat, Rocamadour, Padirac and the river Dordogne are a short drive north, and equidistant southwards is the unspoilt valley of the river Lot with riverside hamlets and the beautiful village of St-Cirq-Lapopie set in a cliff face overlooking the river. Traditional festivals and fetes are often held in nearby villages and the area is ideal for day trips, walking, canoeing and golf.

Flydrive airports (miles)- Brive (32), Toulouse (85), Rodez (75), Bergerac (62) or Limoges (109) (all between 45mins to 2 hours drive). We can arrange transport to and from these local airports at a reasonable charge. Use of a car is recommended to enable you to make the most of your stay. (Direct summer flights now available from Scotland and several other UK departures.

Discounts available for late bookings. Prices may be negotiable for long lets out of season. We require 25% deposit at time of booking. The balance is due 2 months before arrival.
