There are spectacular views across the local mountains from the terrace levels at the Villa & gardens. Bagnols is an attractive hilltop village with bars, cafes and village shops suitable for every day needs. The surrounding country offers many attractive walks with beautiful views across the valleys. The popular coastal Mediterranean resorts of St Raphael & Frejus are approximately 20 minutes drive away.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is cool & spacious, ideal for long hot summer days. In the cooler winter months the villa becomes a warm comfortable haven where you can enjoy a glass of good Provence wine, some cheese & bread in front of a large open log fire. WOW.
Outside
The villa has ample car parking facilities including a car port adjacent to the entrance to the grounds.
The well stocked gardens and spacious grounds provide a cornucopia of horticultural delights together with space for those seeking periods of intellectual reflection or perhaps just chilling out.
The pool is located on the third level well away from the Villa and has ample space for sun worshipping. There are sun loungers, a large sun canopy and many inflatable devices for use by children (or adult if you are so minded) in the pool.

Coast/Beach
Sailing and water sports on Lake Cassien which is approximately 15 minutes drive.
Local restaurants together with those in nearby Fayence, Callian, Sellians and Montaroux offer a variety of worthwhile eating experiences.
New golf courses set within a very attractive Four Seasons Hotel & Leisure complex, have been opened in nearby Fayence.
Travel
Nice airport - approximately 1 hours drive. Cannes and The flower & perfume centre of Grasse are around 40 minutes drive.
The attractive venues of St Paul's De Vence, Mougins (complete with its many Michelin starred restaurants) and Valbonne are all within 30 minutes drive.
Beaches and coastal resorts of St Raphael, Frejus and St Maxine 20/30 minutes.
Mountain destinations and The Gorges du Verdon are attractive opportunities for day trips.

Bagnols-en-Foret is approximately 1 kilometre.
Local towns of Fayence, Montaroux, Sellians etc are all within a 10-15 minute drive.
Further details
Bagnols has several restaurants, bars, bakeries and a good deli. There is also a well stocked pharmacy and a book/news/general shop. There are market stalls usually twice per week in the summer months. The large supermarkets are approximately 15 minutes drive.
Booking notes
The £200 deposit (refundable) and 20% of the rental fee (non refundable) must be received within 10 days of booking. The balance of the rent is to be paid 8 weeks before tenancy commences.
