Minimum stay 3 nights. Prices for stays of less than one week: Week nights 90€; Weekend nights 100€. End-of-stay cleaning fee for stays of less than 4 nights: 30€.
Changeover day
Flexible changeover day. Check-in time around 3pm (15h00). Check-out time is around 11am (11h00). If you have any special requirements we will do our best to accommodate you.

Your holiday rental is situated in the heart of a village-like neighbourhood of Paris, Les Batignolles. Markets (including a big Organic Market) abound and your street can boast no less than three bakers that have been awarded the prestigious ‘Baguette d’or” for the best bread in Paris. There is no shortage of wine cellars in this area and the restaurant scene is buzzing with creative chefs producing delicious food for all budgets. It is ideally located for easy access to all that Paris has to offer: Montmartre, the Opera, the Champs Elysées & the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel tower, the Louvre and the banks of the Seine, all are within a short distance from your Parisian haven.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% of total payment is required to ensure a booking. Payment by bank draft or PayPal. Full payment on arrival. Any night cancelled up to 2 weeks before arriving date is due at 25%.
