A new villa in a small gated development situated above the communal pool with direct views to the sea and within easy reach of outstanding beaches and the many facilities of Les Issambres, St Maxime and St Tropez. Villa Sabina is fitted with modern quality furniture and has all the items required to ensure a stress free stay. To the ground floor is a hallway, cloakroom, fully fitted kitchen and sitting/dining room with french doors opening onto the terrace and private garden with views towards the Bay of St Tropez. To the first floor is a master bedroom suite with dressing room and en-suite bathroom, a second twin bedded room with en suite shower room and a separate wc. The villa has its own small private garden as well as communal gardens and a there is a parking space to the front of the villa. Families are welcome with everything provided including a cot and highchair.

Accessibility
Property is situated on a hillside and is accessed via some steps so may be unsuitable for some with mobility problems.

Coast/Beach
Les Issambres is a chic seaside resort lying opposite the Gulf of St Tropez and stretches along the Mediterranean coast between wild creeks and fine sandy beaches, some of the best on the Cote D'Azur, and is the coastal area of the commune of Roquebrune-Sur-Agens, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The village offers local shopping including supermarket, boulangerie, butchers and fish mongers, along with a wide choice of bars and restaurants on the beach, marina and in the village square.

There are many excellent restaurants in Les Issambres itself including beach clubs and small cafes, as well as a boulangerie, grocers, fish stall and local super market and numerous small shops. A passenger boat runs from the village to St Tropez in the summer season (avoids the traffic jams!) whilst St Maxime and Frejus both provide further extensive shopping and restaurant options.
The beautiful hilltop villages of Roquebrune, Grimaud, Ramatuelle and La Croix Valmer are all within 30 minutes drive (traffic permitting) whilst the glamourous beaches of St Tropez can also be reached in a similar time.
