Notes on prices
For late availability within eleven days of the arrival date, we will accept bookings beginning and ending virtually any day of the week, provided the length of stay is at least two days. A welcome hamper of fruit, flowers, wine, the fire ready to put a match to, and coals for the BBQ are provided. High season is from April to October.
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. Minimum 2 night stay.

Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is payable at the time of booking and the remainder to be paid 8 weeks prior to start day. In case of cancellation, please note that if cancelling more than 8 weeks before the start date, the deposit is payable. 4 to 8 weeks 50% is payable and less than 8 weeks the full balance is payable. We advise that you take out holiday insurance to protect yourself in case of cancellation.
