The first floor apartment is in a quiet area of Cap D'Agde overlooking the marina. This is a secure site with parking and a swimming pool in high season. Safe sandy beaches only a 5-10 minute stroll and the shops, restaurant and cafe bars are a 3 minute walk away. There is a golf course 3 minutes drive away and there are other courses in the area.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with twin beds Lounge with double bed settee. A cot is available on request. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom with a bath, wash basin, shower and automatic washing machine. Separate WC and wash basin. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. |
| Living Rooms: | There is an L shaped lounge/dining room. The dining room has a large table with 6 chairs. The lounge has 1 x 2 seater settee and 1 x 3 seater bed settee. There is 2 coffee tables, a radio and a TV (mostly local channels). DVDs and games. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linen including towels but not beach/pool towels are provided. Maid service can be provided at cost. The apartment will be cleaned and the bedding/towels changed at the end of each let. |

Bezier airport is approx 20 minutes from Cap D'Agde. Montpellier is approx 45 minutes and Carcason approx 1½ hour.

Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. A refundable deposit of £150.00 is also required to cover any breakages and the safe return of the keys. Full payment is required 8 weeks before holiday start date.
