Our villa is standing in the first row of a private supervised residential resort with a breathtaking view of the 15 mile Valcros Valley overlooking the Valcros golf course. It is sitting on the first Hills of the Massif des Maures between Hyères (9 mi.) and St.Tropez (30 mi.) and 6 miles from the Mediterranean Sea beaches, and 5 miles from the City of La Londe les Maures.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in Euros. The price includes power, water, telephone service, Satellite and TNT TV, Hi-Speed Internet, house and bed linen and the cleaning lady at the end of your stay. Maid is available on site at your expense. A more elaborate description of the Villa and surroundings with additional photos and road description and maps available upon request.
Changeover day
Rentals are usually from Saturday (16H00) to Saturday (10H00) unless otherwise agreed when freezing the reservation. Other arrangements may be made.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The master bedroom, the family room and the kitchenette open to the terrace where rosé wine is sipped and meals are served...or cooked on the Provençal barbecue. |
| Bathrooms: | The master bedroom has an en-suite complete bathroom (with shower, wc and lavatory) with a complete bathroom and separate wc available to the other bedrooms. |
| Kitchen: | Since the villa is our dwelling during the winter months, the kitchen, with microwave oven, fridge, toaster, cooktop and dishwasher is equipped with more accessories that you will need during your stay, either for cooking or for setting the table. |
| Utility Room: | Since the villa is our winter residence, we leave basic items like flour, sugar, oil, herbs and spices, mustard, ketchup, and the like on the premises to make your stay more enjoyable. |
| Living Rooms: | The Dining/Family room is equipped with table and chairs with additional chairs, table and lounging chairs on the terrace. Flatscreen TV sets are provided in the Living Room and the master bedroom with HiFi, VCR and CD player in the Living Room. |
| Other: | The fenced and gated private garden opens on a pedestrian walk that leads to the resort swimming pool, tennis courts and playground. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed and house linen is provided on the premises. A lady will clean the villa when you leave after your vacation, at no cost to you. |

The living quarters and the Master Bedroom have separate air-contitioners. The Villa is fully air-conditioned.

It is sitting on the first Hills of the Massif des Maures between Hyères (9 mi.) and St.Tropez (30 mi.) and 6 miles from the Méditerranean Sea beaches, and 5 miles form the City of La Londe les Maures. The Master Bedroom, the Living Room and the Den open to the Terrace where Rosé Wine is sipped and Meals are served... or cooked on the Provençal Bar-B-Q. The fenced and gated Private Garden opens on a pedestrian walk that leads to the Resort Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts and Pétanque Court (Provençal Lawn Bowling). A large rollup awning provide shade if you prefer the Terrace to the shade of Mimosas and Eucalyptus Trees planted on the lot. The City offers all services: bakeries, supermarkets, butchers, restaurants, dry cleaners, drug stores, etc.
Coast/Beach
Only a few miles away are beautiful beaches on the Mediterranean Sea where food and drinks are available during the High Season.
Golf
Club House to a 18-hole Golf Course is approx 3 km from the villa.
Travel
Accessible from the following airports: Toulon-Hyères (20 minutes), Marseille (1½ hr) and Nice (1¾ hr). Major Car rental counters available at these airports.

Located 13 km East of Hyères and 40 km West of St.Tropez.

The villa is centrally located with easy access to Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Toulon, Avignon, Juan-les-Pins, Cannes, Nice and the Gorges du Verdon, the French Grand Canyon, and all the gorgeous and famous medieval villages of Provence in between, all within ½ to 2 hours driving from the villa. The open air markets in the area are worth visiting, especially the Saturday market in and around the Old City of Hyères... 12th Century. On Sundays the market is in La Londe les Maures, in the center of town. The vineyards of Provence are worth visiting and sampling. Casinos is available in Hyères and St.Tropez and, of course, in Monte Carlo, 2 hours away.
Booking notes
A 50% rental fee Bank transfer to my IBAN (International Bank Account Number) will freeze the reservation. The balance is due one month before you leave on your vacation. At which time I will mail the keys to you with road description and maps with up to date description of the Villa and surroundings.
If you prefer, you may use the site www.xoom.com to transfer the funds from your Credit Card to my Bank Account. I am told it is cheap and easy, and you can do it from the comfort of your home.

About the owner
I've been retired for a number of years. Winters, when you can get away, are always best spent in a warmer climate. I have picked the South of France in 1994 and was lucky to be able to purchase my Villa. After spending quite a bit of money adding the Master Bedroom and the Living Room in 2007 and 2009, it is now a Paradise... to me any way!
Why the owner chose a home in this location
I love the country for it's history, fine food, joie de vivre and weather. When mimosas start flowering in January, spring hits France and summer in April! All looked at from an uphill view of the 20km Valcros Valley, passed Hyères and all the way to Toulon. What a life, if it may last.
