Just 20 mins away from the area's best beaches and lively towns like La Tranche sur Mer. Approximately 45 minutes in one direction is Sable d'Olonne and 45 mins in the other is La Rochelle. Outside there is a large garden (1 acre) private pool, 3 patio/decked areas and a large barbecue, nearby (5 mins drive) there is the town of Champ St Pere with all the facilities you need, shops, boulangerie, mini market and pharmacy etc.

The house is set back in a large private garden extending to 1 acre with its own secure heated pool. The pool has a large decked/patio area, an approved safety cover and also a fence with a self closing gate for extra safety. The house has a patio to the front with table and chairs, decking to the rear with table and chairs. Barbecue area with a large barbecue.
Ample parking space for 4 or 5 cars.
Coast/Beach
Arguably the areas best beaches are only 20 minutes drive away. Beaches are excellent for surfing and body boarding and are lifeguard patrolled.
Golf
Excellent golf course just 10 minutes away. Additionally there is a links course around 30 minutes away.

A car is essential.
