With 2 double bedrooms, one with en suite (with walk-in shower), bathroom (with shower over bath), large open plan living area with vaulted ceilings and French doors on to large terrace it is ideal for families and couples alike. The property was constructed in 2007 and has all modern facilities but also boasts a wood burning stove in keeping with the rustic setting. The hamlet of Ste Innocence is conveniently situated between the village of Sigoules (bank, shops, bar/restaurant, takeaway) and the Bastide town of Eymet. It is a perfect spot to enjoy cycling, walking or simply sitting in the sun and enjoying a glass of the local wine.
