Situated within the village of Cap D Ail, beside Monaco, this is the perfect base for a relaxing holiday. On the first floor (lift access),this self catering apartment is located within an exclusive development. It is set within pretty, landscaped gardens and has a communal pool and a children’s pool. It is a wonderful base for exploring the French Riviera. The apartment is privately owned and the accommodation consists of a spacious lounge, a fully fitted kitchen which opens on to the dinning room, two double bedrooms, two dressing rooms, two cloak rooms, a shower room and a bathroom. There are two terraces which lead outdoors from the lounge and dining room.

Changeover day
The changeover day is flexible.The rental period is from 4pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure.

Accessibility
Apartment is on the first floor and there is a lift.
Outside
Parking spaces available in front of the apartment. Secure entry system at the main gates and to the apartment. There are two balconies facing out to the front, with views of the gardens, the village, the sea and Cap Ferrat. On one balcony is an outdoor, wooden dining table with 6 chairs, on the other are two sun loungers with mattresses. There is a shared pool, set within landscaped gardens. This has a children’s pool just beside it. There are comfortable sun beds here also and there is a pool house which contains toilets and a shower. A caretaker is on site six days a week and his office is based at the main reception
Coast/Beach
You can walk to the nearest beach (Plage Mala) which takes 10-15 minutes down hill. There is a very pretty coastal walk which takes you past some smaller beaches, and Monaco, Beaulieau, Nice and Cannes are all a short drive away. Nice is 25 minutes and Cannes around 35 mins.You can also drive in the opposite direction to Italy. This takes 25 minutes and there are some beaches along the coast there too. Alassio has one of the sandiest beaches and is an hours drive away.
Golf
There are many beautiful golf courses nearby, including Monaco and Cannes.
Skiing
There are three French ski resorts and one Italian nearby, all within an hour and 40 minutes to 2 hours drive.
Travel
Nice airport is a 25 minute drive away. There is a train station at the bottom of the village which takes you along the coast to Nice, Cannes etc, and also in the other direction to Monaco, Menton and Italy. The bus service is excellent. It is regular, clean and you can be in Monaco in 10-15 minutes. It only runs until eight pm in the evening however.
Distances
The centre of Cap Dail village is only a 5 minute walk away, maximum. There you will find a supermarket, a fruit and vegetable shop, two bakeries, a dry cleaners, news agents, a chemist, a florists some small restaurants, a pizza delivery and takeaway and there is parking. You will also find taxis here and a regular bus service.
Booking notes
Please email or telephone me to make an enquiry or a booking. Payment is accepted by cheque. When confirming your booking, a deposit of 25% of the rental charge is required. This is non refundable. The balance is then due to be paid six weeks prior to arrival. We also request a £500 refundable breakage deposit which is returned on receipt of the keys and once the apartment has been inspected.
