Situated in the heart of the village, it is only steps away from all local amenities including bakery, supermarket, bank and local restaurants. The entrance at street level provides easy access for push chairs. Located approximately 5 minutes by car from motorway and rail networks, our home is perfectly located for visits to Paris, Vaux le Vicompte, and the beautiful Champagne region. Close by is the Sea Life Centre and Val d'Europe shopping centre featuring a great selection of designer outlet stores. This house is a perfect choice for family holidays.

Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred changeover day in peak season.
Otherwise, we are very flexible.

Ideally situated for a Golfing holiday. Next door to the Disneyland Paris 27 holes Championship Golf Course. Within a short drive of 7 other courses, this house is ideal for a golfing holiday. All green fees can be arranged and pre-booked by the owner including expert advise on a golfing holiday in the heart of France.

The owner is happy to provide helpful advice and information prior to or during your visit regarding transportation, visits to local attractions and facilities and any other information which will facilitate your trip and make your holiday more enjoyable. Airport pick ups, pick ups from Eurostar and guided tours of Paris and other services can also be arranged at an extra cost. Should you arrive late and need the owner to organise a starter pack of groceries, this can also be arranged in advance.
Travel
Both Paris International airports Charles de Gaule and Orly are around 35km.
Beauvais airport, served by cheaper airlines, is an 1hr 30 mins drive away.
The Port of Calais is a 3 hour drive.
A car is not necessary. Parking space is provided.
Distances
This holiday Home is ideally situated in the Seine-et-Marne area, only 10 minutes by car or public transport from Disneyland Resort Paris and 35 minutes from central Paris with its many museums and art galleries. It is extremely accessible to many transport networks including, Eurostar, T.G.V., Thalys and local rail links to Paris every 15 minutes. With the excellent road network many of the regions, chateaux, cathedrals, churches and champagne houses are all within easy reach.

All requests for availability and reservations will be answered within 48 hours.
A payment of 30% which is Non-Refundable is requested on confirmation within 7 working days. The balance in full is due 2 months before the arrival date.
Payment is excepted in British Pounds Sterling or Euros by cheque or bankers draft.
