Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Winter lets available. A heating supplement of 30 euros will be payable from 1st October through until 1st April.
Changeover day
Fridays or Saturdays but are fairly flexible. Departures by 11am and arrivals not before 2pm please. Long weekends also considered.

Ley Noyers is on three levels. with good wide staircase to first floor. The lower ground floor is the parking area, garden and laundry room.
Outside
Stunning views over a rural valley. Delightful enclosed terraced garden, with two eating/ seating areas, one under a vine covered pergola. Table, chairs, loungers and barbecue are provided. There is a gated driveway for secure parking into the property. There is room for two cars.
Coast/Beach
The Dordogne river is only a short drive away, where canoes can be hired for a leisurely trip on the Dodogne. The area is stunningly beatiful with lots to visit, delightful small towns, wonderful walks and local restaurants and shops.
Travel
Flights from Easy Jet and Ryan Air to Limoges and Rodez. Car hire available from airport. Aprox one hour 20 minutes drive from the airport. A car is recommended to be able to visit the surrounding area.
Distances
10km NW of Beaulieu-sur Dordogne (riverside town, most amenities). 8km SE of Collognes la Rouge [red sandstone village, restaurants, shops]. 30km N Rocamadour [medieval city].

Canoe hire at several places for trips down the Dordogne.
Booking notes
Booking terms. Deposit 25% on reservation and remainder to be paid 8 weeks before start of holiday.
If you wish to cancel please more than 8 weeks before commencement of holiday then the deposit is retained. 4-8 weeks 50% and less than 4 weeks the total is payable. We do advise that you take out holiday insurance in case of cancellation.
