Our very luxurious Provencal villa, redesigned, equipped and furnished during 2008 without any compromises, offers you the best position in Vence with a breathtaking panorama view over the city, the coast and the Mediterranean. Here you find secluded terraces with sun from sunrise to sunset in a quiet and calm residential area, only 10 minutes walking distance to Vence city. The villa hides above a grove of olive trees and is completely undisturbed. It offers around 320 square meters under roof in various levels. Up to 10 persons can stay comfortable in the villa, having 5 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and own bathrooms. The heated salt-water pool is equipped with a swim-trainer and the covered terrace with a barbeque. The kitchen is build in modern Italian design and equipped semi-professional. The bar is equipped with a wine-fridge and the living room with an open fireplace. The villa has its own Petanque court and guests can use our own tennis court 10 minutes away.

Notes on prices
Please observe price examples until 30/06/2012 are based on 2 persons in one double room only. Rest of the examples are based on 10 persons.
Our pricing is flexible based on # of persons & # of rooms. Price per extra room / two persons 560 € / week.
Prices include: Electricity, heating, internet, bathrobes, slippers, various towels, bedlinen and extra amenities.
Cleaning, change of bedlinen, towels, etc two times per week: 360 €.

Changeover day
Check-in: Saturday, normally between 4.00pm and 6.00pm.
Check-out: Saturday no later than 10.30am.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | All bedrooms are equipped with king size beds of high quality (200cm x 180cm), air conditioning, wooden night tables, designer night lamps and wardrobes. One of the bedrooms has it's own balcony and annother it's own roof terrace. |
| Bathrooms: | All bathrooms are styled in the same way with Italian furniture and they are equipped with shower, wc, hairdryer and other amenities. In the en-suite bathroom belonging to the Master Bedroom you will also find a whirlpool and a bidet. |
| Kitchen: | Gas four-burner stove, 2 ovens, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, wine fridge for red and white wine, various coffee machines and all the other equipment needed in a semi-professional kitchen where we also run cooking courses. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine and dryer. |
| Living Rooms: | The big living room is separated from the kitchen by a small bar and the open dining area next to the kitchen. Just by turning your head in the big sofas, you enjoy the panorama view, the fireplace or the B&O TV, including satellite channels, DVD and CD. |
| Other: | The big main terrace can be integrated with the living room by pushing the sliding glass-doors into the wall. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
We provide towels, bath-robes and other items you would expect at a five star hotel. Pillows in beds are filled with goose down and covered with sun dried and fresh mangled linen made of Indian cotton. Cleaning and maid service two times per week. |

Notes on accommodation
As we (owners) are living in, and running an exclusive guesthouse 10 minutes away, we offer an extended service programme for our guests in the Villa. This might include extended maid service, cooking at gourmet level, VIP-service with airport pick-up and ready to drive car at the Villa, pre-odering of wine, food, firewood, charcoal, gaz for the ourdoor heaters etc. Pets are welcome, however subject to our approaval prior to booking confirmation.

The property is not suitable for wheelchairs.
Outside
On the main terrace, linked to the living room you find a sofa, some soft chairs and some sun-chairs. Half of this terrace might be covered by a remote controled sunshade. The terrace below next to the pool is equipped with a shower (warm & cold) and some additional sun/chairs. The saltwater pool offers a swim-trainer powered by an electric engine. The covered terrace, just next to the kitchen, is equipped with dining furniture for 10-12 persons and a barbeque. Above the covered terrace you find annother relaxing terrace and the petanque court. If you like to play tennis, you are welcome to book our private tennis court for free. The court is located at our Guesthouse, Le Haut des Espinets, 10 minutes drive from the villa.
Coast/Beach
Nearest stone beach is Cagnes sur Mer 8km away. At Antibes, 18km away you find nice sandy beaches.
Golf
Around 10 golf courses within 30 minutes and 20 within 60 minutes.
Special interest holidays
We arrange VIP-tours to the F1 race in Monaco every year.
We also arrange gourmet cooking courses during the year. Please request information about these events by an e-mail.
Travel
Nice International Airport is 15km or 20 minutes away.
Distances
You will have 10 minutes walk to Vence city. Here you find all the shopping facilities you will need. If you go to Nice you drive 25 minutes, to Cannes 30 minutes and to Monaco 45 minutes.

Within a walking distance of 5 minutes you will find a well recognized restaurant.

About the owner
We, Joan and Lars, are from Denmark. In 1996 we sold our company within the IT Industry and we left this business in 2001 with a clear target, to create something unique within the 'vacation industry' - far away from meeting rooms and business travelling. The idea was to create a very personal and luxurious place, smelling of good food and wines, in a nice climate and wonderful surroundings. We moved to St. Paul de Vence, where we we turned an exquisite Provencal villa into an Exclusive Guest House. Today we have expanded with a very luxurious Villa above Vence, placed in the very best position you can imagine. You can see this villa under FR4508 or on our own home page.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Vence is a living city in the 'backyard' of the Cote d'Azur, where you find everything you need. At this special location above the historic city of Vence, you have an extraordinary panoramic view, - difficult to match elsewhere. At the same time you are very close to the major cities Nice, Cannes and Monte Carlo. In winter time you are 1½ hours from very good ski areas and you find +10 golf courses open all year around within ½ hour.
