Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival time between 16 o'clock and 20 o'clock. Departure latest by 10:00 o'clock to ensure proper arranging for the next tenant.
it is very important to respect above timings to enable smooth changeovers.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is entirely air-conditioned, serving like wise as heating. Villa Bacci is a wonderful holiday spot for families with children and friends with a private swimming pool, integrated baby shallow pool and pool alarm, being just next to the beautiful beaches of Pampelonne and famous, lively St Tropez.

Outside
There are large terraces directly overlooking the swimming pool and 5000 sq.m. gardens. The extensive private pool is in a beautiful and elegant blue grey and is 14m x 5m. For the small ones the pool includes a 10sq.m. shallow baby pool. For your convenience there is a pool house with shower and separate wc. It is furnished with Dedon style dark brown lounge furniture proposing a last sun downer or stylish aperitif. Light spots in the pool, under the numerous Olive trees and onto the garden ensure a stunning athmosphere at nighttime. The covered terrace big enough to seat 10 -14 people impresses with a superb view on the beautiful valley of pine trees and vineyards. The barbecue invites for wonderful BBQ evenings and 2 modern water features give a further special touch to the garden. A splendid private drive in, around and out system ensures comfortable circulation towards the property parking at least 6 cars. The private covered car porch hosts 2 cars.

Coast/Beach
The property is situated only 3 minutes from the beautiful Pampelonne beaches, where you find a lot of different very good beach restaurants. Some beaches (ie Club 55) have kids clubs, massage services and beach boutiques.

Close to many excellent golf courses.

Travel
Toulon airport is 50 mins away and Nice and Marseilles airport are 1 hour away. It is recommended to have a car at site.

Distances
4km from romantic Ramatuelle village and 2km to famous St. Tropez harbour with a wide range of shops and restaurants. Grocery shopping can comfortably be done within 300m from the property.
