There is a big terrace to South and a garden. You have a fabulous view to the sea and to the mountains. In winter you can use the sauna, in the summer you can play in the large warm swimming pool near the summer kitchen with an oven for pizza. The villa soleil is located 25 min from the beaches, where all the water sports are possible, and at the beginning of 4 valleys. The possibilities of hiking, climbing, rafting, skiing are infinite. For those who prefer horse riding or golf it is also quite close. The activities of the town are also very close: carnaval de Nice, grand prix formula 1 of Monaco, festival of film from Cannes and so much more. The climate is soft in winter 10 to 18 degrees in the day with a wonderful light and an exceptional blue sky. The ideal place to amuse you, to relax you and to take advantage to live outside.
