The villa reflects the character of the region, with large shuttered windows and local furnishings. It comprises a large (60m2) south-facing drawing room with a huge French window with enchanting views of the village.There is a separate eating area, which adjoins the kitchen. There are 3 double bedrooms with direct access to 2 full bathrooms. The villa is fully furnished, including bedlinen, towels, crockery, tableware and kitchen utensils. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher and large refrigerator. There is a washing machine in one of the bathrooms and a Satellite TV in the drawing room. (For winter guests, there is a full fireplace, and underfloor heating throughout the villa). A 10 metre pool adjoins the patio. The villa is set on an acre of lush terrain up the hill. From the villa and its extensive patio, there is a commanding view of the village and the sweep of hills around it. The front of the villa faces south and enjoys sunshine from morning until evening.

Several golf clubs close by. Terres Blanches, part of the Four Seasons hotels is minutes away, St Andreal and others a short drive from the property.
Skiing
Several stations less than an hour drive away.
Special interest holidays
There are so many, it is difficult to describe them all. Hiking, cycling and para-gliding (apparently the best in the country, if not Europe), are one of the many attractions of the region.
Travel
Nice airport is 45 mins away. Marseilles about 1h30.

There is a plethora of stunning and interesting villages around Seillans and further away. We have our own guide to many of them.
Further details
Seillans boasts a post office, several restaurants, most of them good, with 3 truly excellent. We have our own guide with recommendations gleaned from previous tenants. There is a butcher, a small supermarket and a baker in Seillans. Fayence five minutes away, has everything one needs to survive(!) a holiday in France.
Booking notes
£500 deposit to secure booking, the remainder of the rent due in two instalments two months before occupation. There is a £90 end of stay cleaning fee.
