Notes on accommodation
We have tried to make this as comfortable as possible and have included books, board games, cards etc and small selection of toys for our younger guests.
Safety features such as stair gates and fire guard etc are on site and we have tried to make it as child friendly as possible.
We aim to make your stay as pleasant as possible and we leave the cottage well stocked with basic commodities such as salt, pepper, herbs etc loo rolls and barbeque fuel. Fresh milk, bread and wine will be there when you arrive so that you don't have to trek off to the supermarket straight away.

The cottage does front onto the field road which is occasionally used by tractors and the chase.

Owner profile
About the owner
Retired couple who have a holiday home in Lebouchage. Still living in England but spend six months of the year in this very rural part of France.
Year purchased: 2007
Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought this cottage from a English lady who moved to a less remote location in Lebouchage. Purchased as a project to stop Mr Michael from returning to work in the UK. Total rebuild of the property to a very high standard (gutted to the bare walls) sympathetically retaining all of the interesting features of a cottage of this age.
Unique benefits of the property
Seclusion in this beautiful rural part of France only the birds and the bee's (and occasional tractor) to disturb your days and the wonderful hospitality of all French and English residents of Lebouchage and surrounding Hamlets.
