Changeover day
Changeover day is on a Saturday with 4pm check in and 10am checkout. All guests are met by our representative, who will give a full introduction to the house.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a king size double bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom in bedroom 1, with a shower and wc. Bathroom 2 is upstairs next to bedroom 2, with a shower and wc. |
| Kitchen: | The Kitchen is fully fitted with a halogen hob, fan oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine and all crockery and utensils. |
| Utility Room: | The utility contains a washer/dryer and an iron and ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room has seating for relaxing, a 32" flat screen LCD TV with Sky TV, a DVD player, CD player, PlayStation2 and cinema sound system. The dining area has table and chairs and there is seating at the breakfast bar on the kitchen island. |

1 set of fresh bedlinen. Bath towels and linen for the kitchen is supplied. No beach towels. |

Outside
The outside patios are supplied with patio furniture and parasol, together with a BBQ. The private pool is surrounded by decking and sun loungers are available. There is also a poolside shower.
Coast/Beach
A 30 minute drive will bring you within reach of the beaches on this beautiful part of the coast. With the resorts at Cap Leucate further to the south.
Golf
The nearest golf is at Carcassonne which is a 45 minute drive.
Skiing
Skiing in the Pyrenees can be reached in 2 hours.
Travel
Airports at Carcassonne and Perpignan are the nearest, taking about 50 minutes to drive from. Toulouse, Beziers and Montpelier are within 2 hours.
Distances
The village of Durban is a 10 minute walk down the hill. There is a supermarket with petrol, bank with ATM, newsagent, restaurant and bar, boulangerie, post office wine cave, doctors and a pharmacy.
Further on is Narbonne which has a wealth of shopping and points of interest. Carcassone is 50 minutes away with its medieval castle (La Cite). The area is abundant with wineries of the Corbieres.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required on booking and full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. A 250 euro refundable breakage deposit is also required. This will be refunded after your stay and the property has been checked by our cleaners.
