This holiday house offers the perfect combination! With the charming village streets right on your doorstep, you will enjoy to walk to the 'boulangerie' and have a 'cafe creme' in the morning on the medieval marketplace. Newly build, this southfacing villa is quiet and has everything you need to relax and have a real summer break! You don't even have to touch your car to get all the ingredients for your summer salad or barbeque, and if you don't feel like cooking, just walk out the door and have a choice out of many excellent restaurants! The private pool will be refreshing after a game of tabletennis during the warm days of July and August.

Changeover day is only on Saturday. Departure at 10am arrivals at 16pm.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is constructed in 2007. All modern equipment available. The swimming pool has an alarm. Because of narrow village streets, access to private parking at the house can be difficult for bigger cars (max. size: renault scenic/ vw touran) but there are many car parks around. Sorry no pets allowed and no smoking inside the house.
Accessibility
Spar (little supermarket), bakery, butcher, vegetable shop, traiteur, 12 restaurants and pub, all within 200m, you can easily do without a car.
Outside
Beautiful covered sitting area with dining table, BBQ and lounge. Private pool 4x9m with sunbathing area and deckchairs. Tabletennis table for some fun.
Coast/Beach
The lovely beaches of Antibes, Cannes, La Napoule, Theoule, are only a 20 minutes drive. The beautiful city of Nice is 25 minutes away and the principality of Monaco is at 45 minutes.
Golf
This region has 12 outstanding golfcourses, the closest within 4 km.
Travel
Nice airport is at 25 minutes, car hire is recommended and the easiest way to get around.

The old village of Valbonne has many local shops: bakery, grocery, fruit- and vegetableshop, butcher, italian traiteur, wine bar, pub....
There are several banks and cash with-drawal points and a post office.
The tourist office will give you all the information you need about Valbonne and the surrounding area.
Visit Antibes' Marineland with the killer whale and dolphin shows, Aquasplash (a huge aquatic parc) or a mini golf where you can practice your putting! For the youngest there's a wild west farm, and all this is only 20 minutes away.
Back in Valbonne village you can visit the old abbey and its museum, or the typical provencal market every friday morning.
Booking notes
Reservation per mail, contract and booking form will be sent to you and you sent it back signed and completed.
On reservation you pay reservation deposit (30% of the rental fee). The balance of the rent and final cleaning €200 must be payed 6 weeks prior to arrival. At arrival you pay the security deposit (€900) (cash/cheque) to the key holder who will check the villa when you leave and return the security deposit.
