The swimming pool is solar heated and situated just 30mtrs. away in 3/4 acre of parkland and various fruit trees and grape vines in peaceful situation. lots of space to play badmington or boules . ect. plenty of shady areas if needed. the pool is 10x 5mtrs and 1.7 mtr deep throughout with easy access corner steps.

Changeover day is Saturday , arrival time 4pm, with departure at 10 am.

| Kitchen: | Large kitchen diner. Kitchen equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer plus coffee maker and all utensils needed. including food mixer slow cooker, George Foreman grill etc you should have everything needed. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge with 2 leather sofas, chaise longue, plus chairs. 32inch TV with UK satellite channels, DVD with surround sound. Very cool rooms in hot weather. |

Towels and all linen provided, except pool towels, but will be provided if guests are arriving by air. House is cleaned only before arrival, but if you require extra cleaning and washing during your stay maid service is 15 euros per hour. |
