Well equipped pretty 4 bedroom stone cottage in St Mathurin which is located between the seaside resorts of Val Andre and Erquy. Large living room with fireplace, kitchen, dining area and large sun room. 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and sofabeds in lounge. Will sleep 8 - 10. Secluded garden and barbecue area. Very close to beach, public swimming pool, excellent golf club, tennis club and fantastic restaurants and bars.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Lower rates are available for longer rents and the house is available for weekends and shorter stays. Linen is supplied but we ask for £10 per person per set to cover laundry charges.
Changeover day
Flexible but we generally stick to Sundays in high season. At less busy times we can accommodate changeover at almost any time.
