Well equipped pretty 4 bedroom stone cottage in St Mathurin which is located between the seaside resorts of Val Andre and Erquy. Large living room with fireplace, kitchen, dining area and large sun room. 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and sofabeds in lounge. Will sleep 8 - 10. Secluded garden and barbecue area. Very close to beach, public swimming pool, excellent golf club, tennis club, fantastic restaurants and bars and brand new Thalassotherapy Sea Water Spa.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Lower rates are available for longer rents and the house is available for weekends and shorter stays. Linen is supplied but we ask for £15 per person per set to cover laundry charges.
Changeover day
Flexible but we generally stick to Sundays in high season. At less busy times we can accommodate changeover at almost any time.

Notes on accommodation
The house is well heated from the log fire which has heating ducts to rooms upstairs, gas fired central heating and oil filled heaters.
Outside
Large garden that is fully fenced, off road parking for several cars. Large barbecue and plenty of garden furniture.

Excellent beaches within two minutes drive or a ten minute walk.
Golf
Excellent golf course approximately 1km away at Pleneuf Val Andre. Highly rated golf course with dramatic holes along the cliffs.

20% deposit of rental with booking and the balance 6 weeks before departure. We send keys and directions a couple of weeks beforehand.
