30% deposit to secure booking. Damage deposit of £350, together with rest of payment 6 weeks before holiday. Prices do not include electricity. Costs are anyway low during the summer season and are exactly as charged by the local public electricity utility and will be taken off the damage deposit.

Notes on accommodation
The pool has been fitted with an alarm system approved by the Government directive of May 2004. The garden is secluded by fencing on all sides. All furnishings, bedding, decorations etc. are new and to a very high standard.
Outside
The large, rambling and secluded garden with its own generous private pool of 10mx5m, terraces and barbecue area has been landscaped to preserve the natural beauty of the original Languedocian Garrigue. Garden furniture and parasols around the pool and patios, and a large outdoor barbecue provide an inviting opportunity to relax late into the warm summer nights.
Coast/Beach
25 minutes south leads to numerous beaches with long stretches of golden sands such as palavas, Le Grau du Roi and Carnon Plage, offering restful tranquility or lively water sports and beach games. There are also the world famous natural Étangs of the Petite Camargue with its wild flamingoes and white horses.
Golf
Excellent 18-hole golf course 6 minutes away at St.Gely-du-Fesc.
Travel
Montpelier Airport 15km. Nimes Airport 40km. Montpellier Station 9km. Car hire strongly recommended. Excellent ‘Park & Ride’ tramway leading from outskirts of Grabels directly into Montpellier Centre.
Distances
The historic centre of Montpellier is only 8km away, with its 16th century cathedral, labyrinth of medieval lanes lined with street cafés and restaurants, museums, theatres, parks with fountains, vibrant street markets, and the Place de la Comédie, where the locals mingle with visitors and tourists from all over the world. 20 mins north leads into the mountains with spectacular scenery, ancient villages, river gorges, natural caves, canoeing and kayaking facilities.
Further details
The village of Grabels has various shops, including its own fresh bakery, butcher, 2 grocery stores, pharmacy, post office, a small bar, a fully equipped gym in the village centre, and a lively weekly street market. A tennis centre is in the village with ready availability for booking at the Kiosk shop. There are horse riding stables nearby, and also an International go-carting circuit about 5km away. Canoing and kayaking only 25 mins away. The nearest long stretches of beaches are 25 mins by car.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total price of the holiday secures the booking. The balance plus a damage deposit of £350 needs to be paid latest 6 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.
