Fully refurbished cosy ski apartment situated in the one of the best ski resorts in the world (Paradiski), door step skiing and within 3 minutes walk from the ski school, restaurants and shops. The apartment is in Les Arcs 2000 which is a glacier resort with guaranteed snow during the season. Also being in a 3g area if you need to take a laptop. Not only does Les Arcs offer 420km of ski area, but it is also linked to La Plagne via the Vanoise Express cable car giving you another 300km of slopes. A free bus service is offered from Arc 2000 to Arc 1800 and 1600, with a free gondola ride to Arc 1950 resort. The pretty town of Bourg St Maurice is worth a visit via the free Funicular train. Apart from the great skiing, and views, Les Arcs has a great selection of restaurants and bars close by. Conveniently beside our apartment is a smaller selection of shops, a ski hire shop, post office, as well as the ice rink (favourite with the kids!). Great resort for beginners or experienced skier.

Changeover day
Changeover days are Saturday. Arrival from 1pm. We ask you to clean and vacate on the day of departure by 11.00am. If you plan to arrive beyond 6pm please check with us first so we can ensure the keyholder can meet with you.

Bedrooms: Double bedroom with new double bed, newly fitted wardrobes, stunning views to Mont Blanc.
2 x full size bunk beds off reception hallway.
New double sofa bed in living room.
Bathrooms: Recently retiled bathroom with shower over. Heated towels rail. Underfloor heating throughout. Also benefitting from a Separate wc.
Kitchen: Kitchenette with double hob, seperate gourmet grill, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, full range of cutlery and crockery. There is also a new table seating up to 6/8
Living Rooms: Living area with large 4 seater sofa bed, 4 wooden chairs and 2 wooden stools, colour television with integrated video player, separate DVD player with selection of English and French DVDs.
Other: The apartment has just enjoyed a complete refurbishement programme with a new kitchen being installed, new bedroom furnitute with cupboards, wardrobe, bed and mattress. The bathroom and kitchen has also being retiled.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
We have placed all new duvets and pillows in the apartment this season. We do ask that you bring your own duvet and pillowcase covers, and your own towels, tea towels and bath mat. (Bedlinen can be rented through our caretaker if required).

Notes on accommodation
The apartment offers under-floor heating throughout which is constantly on. In addition there is an additional radiator for your use. The carpets have been recently replaced. The modern building benfits from a lift to all floors.

Should you require accommodation for more than 6 people, we are in contact with the owners of an identicle size apartment on the same floor as our apartment (almost opposite !). So if you have a group of 7-12, we might be able to accommodate. Please contact us for details.

Outside
There is a balcony and two chairs with magnificent views to Mont Blanc.

Located in one of the best ski resorts in the world, Les Arcs 2000 is a glacier resort.

Distances
Bourg St Maurice is the nearest town located at the bottom of the mountain (approx 20km). The town is well worth a visit and is accessible from Les Arcs by a free funicular train (free on your lift pass) which goes from Arc 1600 and takes only 7 minutes. A free coach service is offered between Arc 1600. 1800, 1950 and 2000.

Further details
Bourg St Maurice offers a full range of shops, banks, restaurants, supermarkets and petrol stations. It also offers a large coach and rail station (3 minutes walk from the funicular). The Eurostar comes as far as Bourg from London offering you another way to get to Les Arcs.

Booking notes
We require 50% payment upon reservation plus a damage waiver/cleaning deposit of £250 which will be refunded after your return (assuming the apartment is left clean, tidy and undamaged). The full payment is required 2 months before departure. A set of keys wil be given to you upon arrival at the apartment by our caretaker. Please note - we ask that you clean the apartment upon departure. Failure to do this will result in the loss/part loss of your deposit.
