A Bellendane is a medieval farmhouse set below the Chateau with over 7 acres of grounds The village of Berbiguieres nestles around the 14th Century Chateau. It has no shops, bars, or restaurants but all are available a short drive away in Saint Cyprien. The village is ideally situated for visiting the many ancient sites, chateaux and vineyards for which the region is famous.

Prices shown are for the property(s) per week in Euros.
This season, due to increases in utility prices and taxes, we have been forced to increase our prices for the first time in 7 years.
A 50% deposit is needed to secure a booking. We recommend that you take out travel insurance in case of cancellation.
Changeover day
Lettings are from 4pm on the day of arrival to no later than 10am on the day of departure. If you wish to arrive outside these hours please advise us in advance. N.B. changeover day for Le Verger is Saturday.
Accommodation

| Bathrooms: | The shower room with basin and WC is downstairs. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | The living area is well furnished with comfortable seating for 4 people. There is a music centre books and games, but no TV. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels are included in the rental price, but please bring your own swimming towels. |
Notes on accommodation
All linen and towels are supplied but we would ask you to bring your own swimming towels.
A cot and high chair are available for children under 2 years and a stair gate can be fitted if required.
Electric fans are supplied for use in hot weather.
Le Verger has a wood burning stove in the living room and a gas heater for supplementary heating.

We regret that the property is unsuitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
Le Verger has its own private terrace with flower beds - garden furniture and BBQ are provided. Guests have the use of our 8x4m unheated pool, as well as the orchard and all of our ground.

Two golf courses are within 5 km of our property one being an 18 hole course and the other 9 holes.

Nearest airport is Bergerac - 40 km
Nearest mainline station is Souillac - 50 km
Nearest channel port is St Malo - 350 km
A car is essential.
Distances
The nearest place for shopping is St Cyprien at 4 km. In the opposite direction Siorac is also 4 km.
Amongst the major towns Sarlat is 25 km, Bergerac 40 km and Perigueux 50 km. The chateaux of Beynac, Castlenaud and Milandes are within 10 km, while Les Eyzies and its caves is the same distance away.

We welcome well behaved house-trained dogs.
Booking notes
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking, the balance being due 8 weeks in advance of your holiday. If you are booking within 8 weeks of your holiday we will require full payment.
A refundable security deposit of £100 is payable with the balance payment. This is to cover any damage, breakages or unpaid local bills and will be returned to you on your return home provided all is in order.
