Location, location, location! This luxury apartment is situated in arguably the best location of Courchevel 1850: the prestigious tree-lined area of Jardin Alpin. Being centered in between 2 pistes the apartment offers ski-in ski-out access to both the Verdons and Etoiles green pistes. In addition the Jardin Alpin bubble (open until 20:00 hours) and Etoiles drag lift are no further than 25m away making its location very hard to beat. If shopping is your thing then the luxury Byblos Hotel shopping arcade, Louis Vuitton and Dior shops are all a short stroll away, as is the Ski Set ski hire shop. Our privately owned apartment is located in the same building as the well known 4* Deluxe Byblos Hotel, though not interconnected. So why not treat yourself to a relaxing massage or facial in the Byblos spa?

Changeover day
Our apartment is available from Saturday - Saturday. During December 2011 bookings will be from Friday - Friday. Check-in time is 05:00pm. The apartment needs to be vacated at 10:00am on your departure date.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1: king size bed (180 x 190) and balcony. Bedroom 2: 2 singles with en-suite bathroom and balcony. Lounge: large sofabed (160 x 190). Each of the 2 bedrooms have their own east facing balcony to enjoy the morning sun! |
| Bathrooms: | The en-suite of bedroom 2 has a shower over bath, basin, WC, toweling ropes and luxury toiletries. The spacious family bathroom has a shower over bath and basin. Additionally there is a separate WC. |
| Kitchen: | The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, 4-ring hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge is decorated in warm colors. It has a sunny south facing balcony, a Bang & Olufsen flatscreen TV with international TV channels and DVD player, a selection of recent multi-lingual DVDs, a Playstation 2 for the kids and complimentary WiFi. |

Notes on accommodation
Sorry, for everyone's comfort, this is a non-smoking apartment. Parking spaces in front of the building are free and widely available. An underground parking space can be rented for a surcharge (depending on availability).

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has a lift.
Outside
The apartment has 3 lovely balconies. Each of the 2 bedrooms have their own east facing balcony for the morning sun. The lounge benefits from a south-facing balcony and floor to ceiling glass windows offering stunning uninterrupted views of the mountain peaks and slopes. In the evening it offers a magical view of the flood lit trees surrounding the building!
Golf
The 9 holes Courchevel golf course is less then a 5 minute walk away.
Skiing
Courchevel is a unique ski resort: not only does it boats the biggest ski area in the world it also by far has the most 4* Deluxe hotels and Michelin starred restaurants of any French ski resort. Combine this with the snow certainty from being at a staggering 1850m. and you can imagine why many people consider Courchevel 1850 the world's best ski resort.
However the village of Courchevel 1850 still has a relaxed atmosphere where billionaires and ski bums have their morning coffee together at the terrace of Le Tremplin overlooking the village and pistes.
Courchevel caters for all level of skiers. There are lots of wide and extremely gentle green pistes, lots of relaxing blues and many challenging red and blacks. The Courchevel valley alone has 63 lifts and 117 downhill skiing runs with an accumulated length of 150 km. And when this is not enough the excellent lift system links you conveniently to the Mιribel and Val Thorens valleys.
Travel
There are many ways to travel to Courchevel 1850: by plane, train or car. There are over 5 airports within 2:15 hrs. away. Courchevel altiport: 0:05 hrs. Moutiers TGV train station: 0:30 hrs. Chambery airport: 1:20 hrs. Grenoble airport: 1:45 hrs.
Geneva airport: 1:45 hrs. Lyon airport: 2:15 hrs. There is a direct high-speed Eurostar train link from Paris to Moutiers.

Booking notes
Rates include beds made up before arrival, fluffy towels, bed linen and luxury toiletries. Accepted payment methods are wire transfers and credit card via PayPal (for a surcharge). Obligatory departure cleaning is Eur. 135,-. To reserve your stay a 30% deposit is required. The 70% remaining balance and a 750,- security deposit (refunded after your stay) are to be paid 2 months prior to your arrival.
