There is plenty to enjoy in the local French countryside. The Atlantic coast is about an hour and a half drive away and the famous vineyards of Bordeaux only an hour. Toulouse is a 40 minute drive.

Coast/Beach
Easy access to boating lake and outdoor children's amenities. The Atlantic coast is about an hour and a half drive away.
Golf
There are plenty of good golf courses in the area, some are 60 minutes drive away, but the views are wonderful. Booking is a must in the high season. It is possible to hire clubs from some courses, but it is advisable to phone and check beforehand.
Travel
Toulouse airport 50 mins drive. Bordeaux and Carcassonne airports 1.5hrs drive. A car is essential for the area.
